Comprehensive Eye Examinations are performed to check the vision and overall ocular health. The exam includes a prescription for glasses, if needed, as well as a health assessment of the eyelids, cornea, iris, intraocular lens, vitreous, retina, and optic nerve. A functional analysis of binocularity is also performed, which provides information on how well the eyes and brain work together. Intra-ocular pressures are measure to screen for glaucoma. A dilated fundus examination is included, which allows a more thorough view inside the eyes.
